As a trading company dealing with cosmetic materials, IWASE COSFA is practicing a set of activities to improve customer satisfaction.
As a part of the activities, IWASE COSFA acquired ISO 9001 certification, which was provided as international standards for quality management and assurance by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). IWASE COSFA manages a quality management organization, and makes appropriate improvement and arrangements so that IWASE COSFA's business will further contribute to customers.

About Quality

The term "quality" defined by IWASE COSFA's quality management system does not refer to the quality of products.
In the quality management, "quality" is the accomplishment of orders placed by customers exactly to meet the customers' requirements (e.g., the quantity, delivery date, and delivery place of each order). The purpose of the quality management system is to increase customers' satisfaction by improvement in the quality of business.

Quality Policy

In order to grasp the influence of IWASE COSFA's business activities on the quality of management and provide customers with reliable and satisfactory service and products, IWASE COSFA aims at continuous improvement in the quality management system and makes efforts toward the maintenance of the quality satisfying the customers.
Based on the above quality policy, IWASE COSFA makes its motto to ensure beautiful, healthy, and comfortable daily lives, and provides customers with required raw materials and service and supports the customers' product commercialization and systematization.
